Returns
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order at cr2002mc@gmail.com. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away with photos of the product so we can make it right.
